Jennifer brings more than 28 years of experience helping organizations use technology, partnerships, and product innovation to create new opportunities for growth and impact. She currently serves as Chief Partnerships Officer and a Board Member at Filament Games, an award-winning studio specializing in digital learning games, simulations, and extended-reality experiences. Her work has included partnerships with organizations such as Meta, Roblox, Amazon, Google, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Chicago, Columbia University, and the University of California.

Jennifer began her consulting career at CGI, advising enterprise clients on technology transformation, business-process optimization, and digital strategy. She has since advised founders and executives of early- and growth-stage technology companies on market positioning, product strategy, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth, while also bringing the perspective of a multiple-time entrepreneur.

Her experience at the intersection of technology, learning, and human engagement provides valuable perspective for dekhAI engagements involving digital innovation, workforce capability, emerging technologies, and the responsible application of AI.

Jennifer holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.S. in Information Technology from Northwestern University. She also serves on the Unity Global Education Board and is a founding board member of the Wisconsin Games Alliance.
