Salman brings experience across product strategy, innovation, technology consulting, and software engineering, providing a multidisciplinary perspective on how organizations move from transformation ideas to practical, scalable solutions.

At Ernst & Young (EY) Consulting, he has led product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end delivery across AI, automation, digital platforms, and enterprise transformation initiatives. His experience includes launching AI-enabled customer solutions, robotic process automation applications, and digital platforms; facilitating design-thinking and innovation programs with executive leadership; and translating business transformation objectives into actionable product strategies.

Salman has also led multidisciplinary teams spanning product, engineering, design, testing, and specialized technology functions, guiding initiatives from ideation and requirements through development, launch, and continuous improvement. His earlier experience in technology risk consulting included advising Fortune 500 organizations on business process improvement, IT risk, access and change management, technology controls, and regulatory compliance.

Earlier in his career, Salman worked as a software engineer developing enterprise technology products, giving him a foundation in software development that complements his subsequent experience in product management and transformation strategy.

Salman holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Scrum Master.
